Erik Alexander Alvarez

Being a lawyer has always been a passion for Erik Alvarez. Between his natural competitiveness as a collegiate baseball player, and growing up in a family of lawyers, being a lawyer was a natural path for him. After graduating from Southern Illinois University School of Law, with Honors, he immediately went to work as a strong advocate fighting for his clients. The focus of his practice concerns civil litigation, where he has extensive experience handling personal injury cases of all types, including; car accidents, slip and falls, negligent security, and general premises liability, which resulted in traumatic brain injuries, neck and back injuries, broken bones, scars, and torn ligaments and tendons. Erik Alvarez has demonstrated he will work tirelessly to ensure his clients receive the best possible recovery.
Kevin Koski
Education:

Kevin Koski bring a unique skill set to Erik Alexander Alvarez, P.A. As a collegiate and professional baseball player, Kevin has firsthand experience dealing with injuries and insurance companies, as his baseball career was cut short due to a work related on field injury. Kevin represented himself and achieved a favorable workers compensation settlement. He is familiar with the effects an injury can have on one’s life, and as a Kinesiology major, is well versed in the rehabilitation process one endures after suffering a serious injury.
Kevin also has extensive experience managing construction sites and railroad projects, and gives the Firm an inside look when dealing with cases involving construction or railroads.

Carole Landers, the President of the company, has been in the insurance industry for over 35 years. Carole Landers graduated from University of Massachusetts, magna cum laude, where she majored in Spanish. Following graduation, Carole Landers began her career in the insurance industry, as an insurance agent. Working alongside attorneys as a paralegal, in combination with her invaluable experience as an insurance agent, has proved to be a winning combination in handling personal injury matters on behalf of injured clients for the past 25 years.
